Support Students in Tough Times

The Student Emergency Fund assists students who find themselves in difficult circumstances and reach out to SMU for immediate support.

Every week, a committee of staff and faculty meet to review applications for emergency funds. Help them offer support to as many students as possible with situations like: 

• Emergency car repairs
• Replacing items after theft
• Unexpected childcare expenses
• Emergency housing assistance

By growing these funds, your support will enable SMU to meet the needs of students in crisis.
