Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes, donations made to SMU are tax-deductible. SMU is tax exempt under Section 501 (c)(3) of the IRS Code, tax ID #94-2992642.
When will I receive a tax receipt for my donation?
Immediately after your gift is processed, you will receive an emailed tax receipt. Contact us at our email if you do not receive your receipt.
How can I request custom handling or designation of my donation?

Can I make my donation using a check?
Donations to SMU via check must be postmarked by December 31st to count towards 2022. Checks should be mailed to:
